March Favorites
I know I’m late getting up these Math favorite, but here they are:
Trader Joe’s Applesauce packs – I was really sick this month, with either a stomach bug or food poisoning. It was in no way fun, and I felt like I couldn’t eat anything. The only thing that I felt like I could eat were these TJ’s applesauce packs. They are super easy to throw in your bag, and take with you, and they don’t have any fake ingredients. I now have a permanent stock of them in my fridge, and I even brought a few with me on my trip in case I needed something! I definitely ate one of these in a middle of our hike in Kyoto.
Mario Badescu lavender face mist – Maybe it’s just a placebo affect, but I really enjoy using this at night. I feel like it adds a little moisture to my face, and it’s either the routine or the lavender that helps me settle down for the night. I bought a travel sized version to bring on my trip, because I didn’t want to be without it!
Yogi Ginger tea – for most of the month I’ve been drinking this ginger tea in the morning with Vital Protein collagen peptides. I feel like the ginger tea really helps with digestion and the peptides are an easy way to add in protein. The tea also has a quote on each bag, and they are a fun way to start or end you day!
Traveling – I know it’s kind of a generic item; but traveling this month has been crazy. I went to Minneapolis twice and was able to see my family, and then I headed off to Japan, S. Korea, Taiwan, and Hawaii! I love being able to see the world and enjoy new cultures. There is still so much out there (even in the USA) for me to see!
